REQUIRED SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS

I understand that NJ Virtual Connection may contact me by email and/or telephone when reasonably necessary to:

• Administer my account;

• Conduct my matchmaking interview;

• Discuss potential introductions;

• Communicate about billing;

• Address account matters;

• Provide safety or service notices;

• Respond to my requests; or

• Provide other communications necessary to operate the service.

These communications are not optional marketing communications.

 

OPTIONAL MARKETING

I may separately choose whether to receive promotional or marketing communications.

I understand that marketing consent is optional and is not required to purchase or maintain a membership.

 

I may unsubscribe from promotional emails or otherwise withdraw marketing consent.

 

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not prevent NJ Virtual Connection from sending communications necessary to administer my membership or provide the service.
