The information requested may include, but is not limited to, information concerning age, relationship goals, marriage goals, family or children preferences, race or ethnicity, religion or beliefs, sexual orientation, education, lifestyle, habits, interests, general location, personal preferences, and other information that NJ Virtual Connection may reasonably determine to be relevant to compatibility.

NJ Virtual Connection may add, remove, modify, or update questionnaire questions or categories from time to time as the matchmaking service develops.

I understand that I am voluntarily providing the information requested in the matchmaking questionnaire to help NJ Virtual Connection evaluate compatibility and identify potential introductions.
